Drukpa Tshezhi aka Chokhor Duechen

 The 4th   day of the 6th   month in the lunar calendar marks the holiest occasion widely known as the Drukpa Tshezhi. On this very day the Buddha delivered his first sermon or turned the first wheel of Dharma on the four noble truths to his five former colleagues at deer park in Sarnath (India).  The day is also known as Chokhor Duechen.

ཆོས་འཁོར་དུས་ཆེན་ དྲུགཔ་ཚེས་བཞི་ དུས་བཟང་གི་སྐོར།

ང་བཅས་ར་ སངས་སྔགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐེག་པའི་ཆོས་རྡར་བའི་རྒྱལ་ཁབ་ནང་ སྔོན་མའི་དུས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་བུ་དམ་པ་ སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ མཛད་རྣམ་དང་མཛད་བྱ་དང་མཐུན་པའི་ དུས་ཆེན་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་ མངས་རབ་ཅིག་རྩིས་སྲུང་ཞུ་དོ་ཡོད་པའི་གྲལ་ལས་ ལོ་རྟར་ཞིན་དུ་ ཧོར་ཟླ་དྲུག་པའི་ཚེས་༤ལུ་ ཆོས་འཁོར་དུས་ཆེན་ཟེར་ དྲུག་པའི་ཚེས་༤ གི་དུས་ཆེན་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་ཅིག་སྦེ་བརྩི་སྲུང་ཞུ་སྲོལ་ཡོད།

དེ་སྦེ་ཞུ་དགོ་མི་དེ་ཡང་ སྔོན་མ་ བདག་ཅག་གི་སྟོན་པ་ སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ ཡུལ་ཝ་རཱ་ཎ་སི་དྲང་སྲོང་ལྷུང་བ་རི་དྭགས་ཀྱི་ནགས་ཚལ་ནང་ བཀའ་དང་པོ་ བདེན་བཞིའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་དང་པ་བསྐོར་བའི་ དུས་ཆེན་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་ཅིག་ཨིན།

སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་ དང་པ་བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་ཏུ་ཐུགས་བསྐྱེད་བསྐལ་པ་གྲངས་མེད་གསུམ་ཀྱི་རིང་ལུ་ ཚོགས་བསགས་ཏེ་ མཇུག་ར་སངས་རྒྱས་ཞིནམ་ལས་ སེམས་ཅན་ལུ་ཕན་ཐོགས་ཐབས་ལམ་གཞན་ཡོད་རུང་ མཆོག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་པ་དེ་ ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་ནི་དེ་ཨིནམ་སྦེ་གསུངས་ཏེ་ ཆོས་འཁོར་བསྐོར་གནང་མི་ལུ་བརྟེན་དུས་ཆེན་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་སྦེ་བརྩིཝ་ཨིན།

སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ རང་ཟླ་༤པའི་ཚེས༡༥ལུ་ མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པ་སངས་རྒྱས་པ་ལས་འགོ་བཟུང་སྟེ་ ཟླ་ ༦ པའི་ཚེས་༤་ལུ དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་ཐབས་ལུ་ སློབ་ག་ཡང་མེདཔ་མཁྱེན་ཞིནམ་ལས་ ཆོས་མ་གསུངས་པར་ ཞག་བདུན་ཕྲག་ ༧ བཞུགས་གནང་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན་པས།

དེ་གི་སྐབས་ལུ་ འཁོར་བའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཚུ་ སངས་རྒྱས་ལས་ཆོས་མ་ཐོབ་པའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དང་ ཚ་གྱང་ཕོག་སྡོད་པའི་སྐབས་ ལྷའི་དབང་པོ་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་དང་ཚངས་པ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་ སངས་རྒྱས་བཞུགས་སར་བཅར་ཏེ་ ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་གནང་དགོཔ་སྦེ་ གསོལཝ་བཏབ་རུང་ སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞལ་གྱིས་བཞེས་མ་བཏུབ་པས།

དེ་ལས་ལྷ་ཚངས་པ་གིས་ ལྷ་ཡུལ་སུམ་ཅུ་བརྩ་གསུམ་ལུ་སོང་ཞིནམ་ལས་ ལྷའི་དབང་པོ་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་ཡང་འཁྱིད་འོང་སྟེ་ ལྷ་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་གྱིས་སངས་རྒྱས་ལུ་ ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཕུལ་ཏེ་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་རུང་ སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་ཞལ་གྱིས་མ་བཞེས་པར། ད་རུང་ ལྷ་ཚངས་པ་གིས་ གསེར་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་རྩིབས་སྟོང་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཕུལ་ཏེ་ ཡང་བསྐྱལ་དུ་གསོཝ་བཏབ་ད་ སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་གསེར་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་ཡང་བཞེས་སྦེ་ ཞལ་གྱིས་བཞེས་ནུག།

སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་ཞལ་གྱིས་བཞེས་ཡོདཔ་བཞིན་དུ་ རང་ཟླ་༦ པའི་ ཚེས་ ༤ ལུ་ རྒྱ་གར་ཝ་ར་ན་སི་གི་ས་གནས་ དྲང་སྲོང་ལྷུང་བ་རི་དྭགས་ ད་རེས་ནང་པ་ སར་ནཱཐི་ཟེར་སར་ལུ་ འཁོར་ལྔ་སྡེ་བཟང་པོ་དང་ གཙོས་པའི་ ལྷ་དང་མི་ཀླུ་ཚུ་ལུ་ བཀའ་དང་པོ་བདེན་པ་བཞིའི་ ཆོས་འཁོར་བསྐོར་གནང་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན་པས།

དེ་བཟུམ་གྱི་དུས་ཆེན་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་གྱི་སྐབས་ལུ་ ལས་དགེ་བ་དང་མི་དགེ་བ་ག་ཅིག་ར་གསགས་རུང་ ཕན་གནོད་ཡང་ རྒྱ་ཆེ་དྲགས་སྦེ་ཡོདཔ་ལས་ དགེ་བའི་ལཱ་ལུ་བརྩོན་དགོཔ་ཨིན།

Rada Nyekhang

I was born in the spring of the wood  Dog year 1994 in a ramshackle nearby Rada Lhakhang.  The Lhakhang, also known as the Rada Nyekhang, is located in Gangthangkha, at the heart of  erstwhile  Wangdue town. Just beneath the Lhakhang is the district court. Whenever I visit my home, my mother prepares a bottle of locally brewed wine(ara) to be offered as serkyem ( Ser means  gold and Kyem refers to beverage)to appease our deity Ap Radap . She insists me to visit the Rada Nyekhang to seek guidance and blessings of Ap Radap , as I was born a\nd brought up at Wangdue. My childhood was mostly in the woods of Cypress near the Lhakhang, playing in the dust, says my mother. The Premiere Institute

 As final sun sets at Peak of Learning, my attachments grew more. Perhaps I am certain that  memories be only a priceless moments and a best storyteller.  I felt no more butterflies in my stomach, in fact I never wanted to leave the place. Anyhow  my gadget have enough college photographs saved for future rememberance.   The College gate with western architecture painted in Bhutanese traditional style stands in its unique identity. Perhaps the Institute founded sometimes in late 1960's is  nearly fifty years now  and in span of few years ahead,  it's Golden Jubilee, Fifty years anniversary will be celebrated.  Magnificent Clock tower attached with Auditorium is functional for differnet occassions acomodating few hundered people. Morning assemblies, official functions and night shows takes place. At weekends movies were screened. Whenever I got into Auditorium, I would have quizzical look on unfamiler paintings at ceilings.
