ཧེ་མ་་་ཐི་ལི་རྒྱལམོ་ སྐུ་རི་ཆུ་དང་ཌང་མེ་ཆུ་གསུམ་ ག་ནི་བ་ཉམས་དགའ་ཏོག་ཏོ་འབད་སྡོད་ཡོད་པའི་ཤུལ་ ཚར་གཅིག་འབདཝ་ད་ ཁོང་ཆུ་ཆེན་གཉིས་བང་རྒྱུག་འགྲན་བསྡུར་འབད་དེ་ རྒྱལ་ཕམ་ཕྱེ་ནི་འབད་བསྟུན་གྲོས་བྱུང་ནུག། དེ་ཚེས་བང་རྒྱུག་ མ་འབད་བའི་ཧེ་མ་ཁོང་རའི་ལྟོ་ཚང་ ཐི་ལི་རྒྱལམོ་ཡང་ བར་མི་འབད་བཙུགས་བཞིནམ་ལས་ ཁོང་ཆ་ཁྱབ་ དེའི་ནངས་པར་རང་ བང་རྒྱུག་རྐྱབ་ནི་འབད་ ཐག་གཅད་ནུག།

དེའི་ནངས་པ་ཧ་སག་ལས་ ཁོང་ཆུ་ཆེན་གཉིས་ བང་རྒྱུག་རྐྱབ་ནི་འགོ་བཙུགས་ཏེ་ ཐི་ལི་རྒྱལམོ་གི་ཡང་ གནམ་ཁ་འཕུར་ཏེ་ བལྟ་བའི་ཚེ་ སྐུ་རི་ཆུ་དེ་ ག་ནི་བ་འུར་སྒྲ་དང་དཔྱེདཔ་འབད་ ཚ་ངེར་བཏོན་ཏེ་འགྱོ་སར་མཐོང་ནུག། དེ་ལས་ཐི་ལི་རྒྱལམོ་གི་ཌང་མེ་ཆུ་ འབད་སར་བལྟ་བ་སོངམ་ད་ ཆུ་དེ་བཀའ་ཁ་ལས་ འགོ་བཙུགས་ཏེ་ ལྷོད་བཏང་ འོང་སར་བལྟ་ཏེ་ ཐི་ལི་རྒྱལམོ་ དགོད་སྒྲ་སྡོད་པའི་བར་ སྐུ་རི་ཆུ་དེ་ ཆུ་འཛོམས་སར་ ལྷོད་སོང་ནུག།

 སྡོད་སར་ཅིག་རུང་ བར་ན་ཐི་ལི་རྒྱལམོ་གི་ བང་རྒྱུག་དེ་ དུས་ཚད་གཅིག་ཁར་ འགོ་མ་བཙུགས་པར་ སྐུ་རི་ཆུ་གི་དུས་ཚད་མ་རེནམ་ལས་ ཧེ་མ་མཐོན་ཡར་སོའི་ཟེར་སླབ་ནུག། མ་ཞི་ ཌང་མེ་ཆུ་དེ་གི་ རྒྱལ་ཁ་ཐོབ་ནི་ཨིན་པས་ཟེར་བའི་གཏམ་ལོ་རྒྱུ་བཟོ་ཡོད་མི་ཚུ་ སྐུ་རི་ཆུ་གི་ཧ་འགོ་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན་པས། དེ་སྒང་ ཌང་མེ་ཆུ་དེ་ཡང་ ཧ་ལས་རུང་ ག་ནི་ཡང་སླབ་མ་ཤེས་པར་ཧམ་ཐེལ་ཐེ་འབད་སྡོད་དེ་ སེམས་ཁར་ སྐུ་རི་ཆུ་བཟུམ་སྦེ་ ཤུགས་དེནི་ཁོ་ལུ་མེད་ཟེར་མནོ་བསམ་བཏང་ནུག།

ཨིན་རུང་སྐུ་རི་ཆུ་དེ ཐི་ལི་རྒྱལ་མོ་གི་ སླབ་མི་ལུ་སེམས་དང་མ་ལྡན་པར་ ཁོང་ལྟོ་ཚང་གཉིསཔ་ལུ་ བློ་ལན་ཚིག་ཐེག་གཅིག་ཡང་ མ་

སླབ་པར་དེ་ཁར་ལས་ ཡར་སོང་ནུག། དེ་ལས་ ཌང་མེ་ཆུ་དེ་ལོ་གཅིག་བ་ལོ་གཅིག་ ཆུང་སུ་ཐེལ་ ལོ་དག་པ་ཅིག་གི་རྒྱབ་ལས་ ཆུ་ཆེནདེ་སྐམ་སོངམ་ཨིན་མས། ཚར་གཅིག་འབདཝ་ད་ ཐི་ལི་རྒྱལམོ་ཁོ་ར་ ཉིན་བསྟར་གྱི་ ལྟོ་མཚོལ་སར་ལས་ལོག་པའི་སྐབས་ ཁ་སྐོམ་ཏེ་དྲེགས་མ་ཚུགས་པར་ ཆུ་མེདཔ་ལས་ དེ་སྒང་ལྟོ་ཚང་ སྐུ་རི་ཆུ་འབད་སར་སོང་ནུག།

ཨིན་རུང་ཐི་ལི་རྒྱལམོ་ ཁོ་ར་དེ་སྒང་ཀྲོགས་ཁ་སླབ་མི་ཚུ་ དཔྱེད་རི་མེད་རུང་ སྐུ་རི་ཆུ་གི་ཁོ་མཐོངམ་ཅིན་ ཆུ་མཐུང་བཅུག་ནི་ཕར་ར་བཞག་ ཐ་ན་བློ་གཅིག་རང་སླབ་མ་བཏུབ་ལས་ ཐི་ལི་རྒྱལམོ་ཁོ་རང་ ངོ་ཚར་བློ་འགྱོད་བསྐྱལ་ཏེ་ དེ་ཁར་ལས་འཕུར་ཡར་སོང་ནུག།

Police Youth Partnership Program

Police Youth partnership Program (PYPP) is one of the noble initiatives commenced under the command of the former chief of Police(Uncle Chief) Brigader Kipchu Namghyel, in association with the youngsters of Bhutan. It's conducted during mid-term and end academic vacations, when schools get closed. Basically, the program is  helpful for the youths of Bhutan in making their vacations productive. Moreover it engageses youths to work in close association with Royal Bhutan Police to combate youth and other social issues.  Personally I felt motivated and acquired handson experiences having been part of the event. It was a moment to get in contact with new faces. We were 50 in number and handful of friends were already  known to me.  The program started sometime at the end of December, 2010 continued for about two weeks.
