Anapana meditation in the Work place

Our job could provoke anxiety and the body and mind gets impacted by workplace stress. Though we would be paid for our jobs but workplace stress is no exception. We may not be compensated for the stress we experience at work but we can opt to overcome it. When more employees fall prey to increasing stress level, performance and work quality could be compromised.

Mindfulness meditation can be at its best to overcome such burdens at workplace. Through mindfulness practice we can pay attention to the present moment and avoid judgmental lenses, and it's reported to be simple practice and reliable technique to take the edge off stressful work life. Meditation of course is a perfect formula to train our mind in order to attain mindfulness.

Most of the time, as we began to meditate, our mind starts to wander, we think about future, dwell on the past, fantasize, become anxious, fret and tend to daydream. But meditation brings us on track, to the present moment. we become less stressed and calm.

In a way, meditation practice at workplace shows greater impact. Meditation can also help us gain better focus and build tranquil environment. An employee wellness, productivity and mental-wellbeing can also be achieved with meditation practice. Numerous research shows that the mindfulness practice on regular basis helps to train our brain to better process emotions, stress, and help us to focus on the present moment.

Anapana (a mindfulness of breathing) meditation practice at workplace for at least 10 minutes daily might also help overcome stress, promote work relationships, boost immunity, enhance decision-making skills, improve mental wellbeing, memory improvement, develop leadership quality, improve creativity, Strengthen your personal and professional relationships.

Rada Nyekhang

I was born in the spring of the wood  Dog year 1994 in a ramshackle nearby Rada Lhakhang.  The Lhakhang, also known as the Rada Nyekhang, is located in Gangthangkha, at the heart of  erstwhile  Wangdue town. Just beneath the Lhakhang is the district court. Whenever I visit my home, my mother prepares a bottle of locally brewed wine(ara) to be offered as serkyem ( Ser means  gold and Kyem refers to beverage)to appease our deity Ap Radap . The Premiere Institute

 As final sun sets at Peak of Learning, my attachments grew more. Perhaps I am certain that  memories be only a priceless moments and a best storyteller.  I felt no more butterflies in my stomach, in fact I never wanted to leave the place. Anyhow  my gadget have enough college photographs saved for future rememberance.   The College gate with western architecture painted in Bhutanese traditional style stands in its unique identity. Perhaps the Institute founded sometimes in late 1960's is  nearly fifty years now  and in span of few years ahead,  it's Golden Jubilee, Fifty years anniversary will be celebrated.  Magnificent Clock tower attached with Auditorium is functional for differnet occassions acomodating few hundered people.
